Privacy Notice, Shipping and Returns

Privacy Notice :
Order Acknowledgement
Your order will be acknowledged on our website on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability. Occasionally we may be unable to deliver if stock runs out or is withdrawn or circumstances arise beyond our control such as acts of god, civil commotion, riots, flood, drought, fire, or legislation. If such a problem arises, we will advise you as soon as we can and you will be issued with an immediate refund of any payment made. This will discharge any liability for failure to deliver the goods in question.

Order Acceptance
Order Acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions below Cancellations.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

* The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
* Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
* The identification of a pricing or product description error

Payment
Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website and will be debited when we receive your order.

You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our website at the date you place your order. We reserve the right to amend prices if there is a change in the rate of VAT. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

Delivery
Where goods are delivered by post, we aim to despatch all orders within 2 - 4 working days after receiving your order. We will let you know as soon as we can if there is likely to be a delay.

General
All measurements are approximate. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow.

All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from our website shall be construed and governed according to English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction in all such matters.

If goods supplied are found to be faulty a refund will be made provided that they are returned within reasonable time. In the first instance, please confirm us to arrange for an immediate return.

Cancellation

If you are unable to return the goods within 30 days, we will arrange for a collection and the costs will deducted from your refund. In the first instance, email us and let us know your intention.

If you wish to cancel before the items are despatched you are asked to contact us, by e-mail or phone as soon as is practicably possible.

If your cancellation is received after the items have been despatched just send it back to us unopened for a refund of full purchase price.




A. Shipping Process

Shipping will be done after the payment had been cleared after 2 - 3 days processing. All goods are shipped to you direct from our company. Shipping costs are based on the current rates of couriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL & Post Indonesia. We are available from Monday to Saturday, at working hour 08.00am - 05.00pm in SE Asia Standard Time (GMT+7).

- Sumatera : 1 Day.
- Jawa & Bali : 1 Day.
- Kalimantan : 1 - 3 Days.
- Sulawesi : 1 - 3 Days.
- Maluku : 2 - 3 Days.
- NTB, NTT & Papua : 2 - 4 Days.

2. International Shipment Process
- South East Asia : 2 - 3 Days.
- East Asia : 2 - 4 Days.
- West Asia : 2 - 4 Days.
- South Asia : 2 - 4 Days.
- Australia : 2 - 3 Days.
- Arabia : 2 - 4 Days.
- North America : 2 - 3 Days.
- South America : 2 - 5 Days.
- Europe Region : 2 - 5 Days.

B. Payment Method
1. National Payment Method :
- Cash.
- Credit Card.
- Bank/Wire Transfer ( T/T ).
- Cheque.
- COD with D/P 30% ( for order amount over US $10000 ).
- L/C with D/P 30% ( for order amount over US $100000 ).

2. International Payment Method :
- Western Union.
- Bank/Wire Transfer ( T/T ).
- COD with D/P 30% ( for order amount over US $10000 ).
- L/C with D/P 30% ( for order amount over US $100000 ).

Note: For use L/C (Letter of Credit) should be fulfill the following this criteria :
* This payment method only for transaction with total amount above US $100000.
* Pay 30% from total amount transaction as a down payment through T/T in advance.
* Irrevocable.
* Payable at sight.
* Confirmed (must be added by advising bank).
* Issued from recognized bank.
* Shipment latest 2.5 month.
* Credit valid for 3 month.
* Partial shipment allowed.
* Transhipment allowed.
* Bill of lading consigned to order of issueing bank.
* Fees and banking charges are to aplicant.
* Document are to be presented to advising bank.
* Clearly against following document only.
* Precentage credit amount tolerance +/- 10%.
* L/C shoud be advised through our banks.

Note: For order amount over ( > US $5000 ) our customers will be get :
- Free Shipping Cost, Tax & Insurance.
- Discount 15% from Grand Total Cost.

C. Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, I will back order for you. You will be alerted to this by email and will be kept informed throughout. I get new stock most weak and so if you order something out of stock you will typically not have to wait more than seven days for dispatch.

If you order an item that is marked discontinued or out of stock an alternative of equal or greater value may be substituted. As with all items, the alternative supplied is still subject to my returns policy (see below).

Returns
All products carry a 30 day no-quibble money back guarantee - simply return the item to me within 30 days of the dispatch date and I will return your payment in full, no questions asked provided that you have not used it.
